Our Home Repair Team will evaluate your home from top to bottom, inside and out, to identify issues such as heat loss, inadequate insulation, air leakage, poor indoor air quality, and moisture that are compromising your home’s performance.
We’ll also provide custom-tailored recommendations for immediate solutions, and design an ongoing maintenance program that will help you realize significant savings in both short-term utility expenses and long-term repair costs.
OUR PROCESS
At CSI-NOVA, we strive for complete customer satisfaction with all home improvement decisions. Our priority is making a personalized plan and providing impeccable results for every single customer.
1. SCHEDULE A ONE-ON-ONE CONSULTATION.
This consultation will consist of a personal visit from one of our CSI-NOVA designers and a complete custom design plan. The consultation and plan will be provided at no cost to you. From our experience, we have learned that this process guarantees customer satisfaction.
2. THE PERFECT DESIGN PLAN.
After you have decided to let us make your dreams become reality, we will come back for a second consultation. This one will consist of finalizing your design plan. The materials, budget, and any other details will be agreed upon at this time and a contract will be signed
3. SIGNING THE CONTRACT.
The contract is signed to ensure complete disclosure amongst all of us. We will specify all materials needed and an agreed total cost. An expected start and end date will also be specified.
4. PRE-START MEETING.
Before beginning the project, we will visit the site one more time and talk about the conditions for constructions. If you have any questions, we will be happy to answer them at this time. We will also discuss parking and in-and-out traffic for when the crew comes to work.
5. PROJECT PERIOD.
The CSI-NOVA team, per usual, works Monday-Friday from 8:00 am-8:00 pm. However, there may be some work done outside of this schedule. Throughout the project, we will conduct meetings with you to discuss the progress and project details. We hope that by doing so, you will feel informed and stress-free. Our goal is to provide a pleasant experience for you.
6. PERFECTION.
Although we are making your living space better, we know that the process can disrupt your routine. We will do our best to help make alternative, temporary arrangements in your home. These spaces may need to be used for laundry, sleeping, or eating. We promise to keep your home clean and protected. Your comfort is our satisfaction.
